Back to normal! I have always been a patron of the service center, mostly because of location convenience. On most visits, the staff has been professional, and my visit has been fine. Took in my 2019 Mazda CX5 for warranty service repair. My service consultant was Damian Mascarenas. He was very professional, friendly and responsive. As a customer, all of his attributes are very important to me. Also, many thanks to the service tech who worked on my vehicle. No problems and they did a great job.

worst customer service we have ever experienced. This shop has had our vehicle for NINE MONTHS, and we keep getting different excuses with no resolution. They accepted our insurance check, yet we still don’t have our vehicle repaired and returned.
We repeatedly call for updates and are constantly hung up on. We can never get ahold of a manager or owner to address the situation. How do they expect people to go nine months without their vehicle?

I just purchased my first EV (used) from Quality. I worked with Michelle for nearly two weeks and multiple appointments, and looked at and test drove quite a few. Michelle was prompt, respectful and always listened carefully to my needs/wants/ concerns - especially since I had never owned an EV before and had the usual concerns about battery life, range anxiety etc... She (and the staff members) I met there always had the vehicles I was interested in ready to go when I arrived and was (were) always accommodating.
